Return Policy

ONLINE PURCHASES

We accept returns and exchanges for items purchased online through the Jesus Image Shop that meet the following requirements:

1. A return or exchange is initiated within 30 days of its purchase,
2. The return or exchange items are returned by mail (We do not accept online returns or exchanges at events or Jesus Image Church), and
3. The items are unused; meaning that all sealed-products are sealed and all clothing is unwashed and unworn.

IN-PERSON PURCHASES

All items purchased in-person are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for items purchased in-person at Jesus Image Church or our events.
